I had a pleasant experience at this hotel. It offers spacious and well-maintained rooms with excellent soundproofing, providing a peaceful night's sleep despite being on a main road. The breakfast had a fantastic selection, but the club lounge hours could be improved. Also, the location is convenient yet slightly isolated, requiring taxis for most outings.

My stay at the Sheraton was quite an experience! While the food and overall service were excellent, I was disappointed by an incident involving a staff member smoking in a non-smoking area. Fortunately, the staff members Hameed and Lal made up for it with their exceptional service. The location is convenient for business travelers, and the hospitality shown by the staff stands out. However, the smoking incident left a sour note that shouldn't happen in a hotel of this standard.
